Services

Lake Effect Lawn & Property Management provides lawn care and property management services including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups, and property maintenance. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on property size, service complexity, and unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any changes before services are rendered.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, debit/credit card, Venmo, PayPal. Late payments may incur a late fee of $5. Repeated late payments may result in suspension of services.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We aim to provide service on scheduled dates; however, weather or unforeseen events may cause delays. Clients will be notified of rescheduling as soon as possible. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Clearing yard of debris, toys, pet waste, or other obstructions prior to service.
Securing pets and unlocking necessary gates.
Notifying us of any irrigation systems, fragile landscaping, or concerns that may affect service.

Property Damage

We strive to perform our work with care, but in the rare event of accidental property damage, please notify us within 48 hours. We will assess and address the issue in good faith. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, poor yard conditions, or undisclosed hazards.

Liability

Lake Effect Lawn & Property Management is fully insured. However, we are not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse of treated areas or failure to follow safety instructions. Clients agree to use services at their own risk.

Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Lake Effect Lawn & Property Management and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts.

Privacy
