Refund Policy
At Lake Effect Lawn & Property Management, we are committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, if deemed appropriate, will offer one of the following:

A free re-service or correction.

A partial refund.

A full refund (in rare cases and at our sole discretion).
2. Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for recurring services and choose to cancel, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion. The refund amount will be prorated based on services already rendered and any applicable discounts may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund (if prepayment was made).

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or ineligibility for refund, depending on the circumstances and time already committed to the job.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Services were completed as agreed and no service issue was reported within the 24-hour window.

Client failed to provide access to the property or proper working conditions (e.g., locked gates, obstructed yard, aggressive pets).
